How these numbers are counted

  • Live stage appearances are keynotes, fireside chats, panels and single-day workshops with a live audience. Recorded sessions and invited-network broadcasts are listed too, but counted under "reach".
  • Three buckets, never summed. Live audience (in person, hybrid and live virtual) is the headline figure. Recorded and invited reach (a sales kickoff broadcast, a dealer-meeting recording, an invited expert network) is shown separately and labeled "reach". Executive-program participants are counted on their own, as seats in multi-session programs (a person in two programs counts twice).
  • Actual counts beat contracted ones. Where a post-event report gave a real headcount, that number replaces the contract estimate.
  • Ranges become midpoints. A contract that says 300 to 350 is counted as 325.
  • "≈" marks an estimate from a contract, briefing or prep call rather than a confirmed count. "—" means no count is on file; the appearance is counted, the audience is not.
  • Period covered. January 1 through November 19, 2026. Engagements after the current date are confirmed and contracted; they are marked "Booked" in the list and counted at their contracted audience.
  • Client names are withheld because speaker contracts typically require approval for any publicity; sector, audience type and city are given instead. Universities and public academic programs are named.
  • Gift-book sign-ups are noted as supporting detail only and never substituted for an audience figure.
  • Audience figures come from client contracts, event briefings and post-event reports; supporting documentation available on request.
